Visiting the website

Vercel hosts this website. Cloudflare provides our domain’s DNS and the security check on our contact form. Providing and protecting the website involves processing technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and requested URLs.

We use this information to deliver pages, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse. These essential functions operate independently of your analytics choice. Fonts and website images are served from our own website; ordinary links to external websites do not load those websites until you follow them.

Contacting us

When you submit our form, we process your name, work email, organisation, selected team, and message to handle your enquiry. Attio stores the enquiry and contact details so we can assign follow-up and manage the business relationship. Resend delivers the message to our company inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the submission, and Vercel’s firewall limits abusive requests.

Please include only information needed for your enquiry. We do not send your form contents to Google Analytics. We retain correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry, continue a business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Vercel temporarily queues submissions for delivery to Attio and our inbox, with a maximum queue lifetime of 23 hours. The website does not write form contents to application logs. Copies delivered to our company email systems are separate from Resend’s delivery records. Resend publishes a 30-day retention period for email and log data on its standard plans; details and backup retention are in its data protection information.

Processing an enquiry supports responding to your request and, where relevant, taking steps toward an engagement. You do not need to accept analytics to contact us.

If you accept analytics, we also attach limited source information to your enquiry: the first public page recorded after acceptance, the latest industry page, the contact page, the referring domain, and campaign labels. This helps us understand which pages and campaigns lead to business conversations. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Without analytics acceptance, we record only that the enquiry came through our contact form.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Speed Insights load only after you accept analytics. Before acceptance, we do not load either analytics script or send Google a measurement ping. We use Google’s Basic Consent Mode v2 to enforce this choice. Analytics is disabled on development and preview deployments.

Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, traffic sources, campaigns, scrolling, outbound link clicks, downloads, supported video engagement, contact clicks, form starts, and successful submissions. It uses browser identifiers stored in cookies and processes technical information about visits, including device and browser information and approximate location derived from an IP address. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. We configure event and user-level analytics retention for 14 months, without extending it on new activity. Aggregated reporting may remain available longer.

We disable Google signals and advertising personalisation in our website integration. We send only known public page addresses and limited campaign labels, excluding unrelated query parameters and URL fragments. Our form events do not include your name, email address, company name, or message contents. Automatic link and media events may include public link destinations, file names, and video titles.

Vercel Speed Insights measures how quickly pages load and respond. It records page performance, page addresses, browser and device characteristics, network information and country. It does not use cookies or build an identifiable browsing history. We nevertheless include it in your optional analytics choice, and remove query parameters and fragments from the page URLs we send.

Accepting analytics is optional. Refusing does not limit access. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement; it does not reverse processing that already occurred. Read Google’s privacy policy, Google’s GA4 data practices, and Vercel’s Speed Insights privacy information.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to understand how our public pages appear in Google Search and to submit our sitemap. It reports Google Search performance and indexing information. Our domain verification uses a public DNS record; it does not add a tracking script or cookie to your visit. Search Console is linked to our Google Analytics property for search reporting.

Cookies and local storage

aiq-consent — essential local storage

Records your analytics choice, its date, and the notice version. Valid for 180 days, after which we ask again. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice lasts for the current page.

aiq-theme — appearance preference

Remembers your selected light or dark theme until you change it or clear your browser’s storage.

aiq-locale — language preference cookie

Set only when you choose a language in the language menu. Remembers that choice for one year so we do not switch the language based on your browser settings.

_ga and _ga_* — optional Google Analytics cookies

Distinguish browsers and visits after acceptance. Our integration limits these cookies to 180 days and does not refresh their lifetime automatically. Rejecting analytics removes these cookies for our website.

aiq-attribution — optional session storage

Remembers limited page and campaign information for up to 30 minutes in the current tab after analytics acceptance. It is attached when you submit an enquiry. Withdrawal clears it; it contains no form contents or advertising identifiers.

Security checks — essential

Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and challenge information to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings below or in the footer. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choice. Privacy choices apply separately to each browser.

Service providers and international processing

Our hosting, security, email, CRM, and analytics providers may process information outside Switzerland, including in the European Union and the United States. Their processing is subject to the relevant service agreements and applicable international data-transfer requirements. In particular, Resend states that its primary data processing takes place in the United States, even when email delivery uses a European region. Selecting an analytics or hosting region does not mean all processing stays in Switzerland. More information is available in Vercel’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy, Attio’s privacy policy, alongside the Google and Cloudflare notices linked above.

The providers’ data-processing terms describe safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses and the adaptations needed for Swiss data protection law: Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend, and Google. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data and how to obtain a copy. Providers may also process information for their own security and legal obligations, as described in their privacy notices.

Applicable law and reasons for processing

We process personal information under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and other applicable data protection laws. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, optional analytics relies on your consent. Responding to an enquiry relies on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or on our legitimate interest in responding to business communications. Providing and securing the website relies on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website and preventing abuse. Recordkeeping required by law relies on the relevant legal obligation.

You may withhold consent or withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. The contact form needs its marked fields and a successful security check to submit an enquiry; you can instead use our email address.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of your information. You may also object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time.
